Community Partnerships Improve Access to Palliative Care, Hospice, and Bereavement Services Our second webinar will focus on the ways local faith and community-based organizations can help to educate their members and create greater access to hospice and palliative care services.  We will also address myths and potential barriers to accessing care through the promotion of advance-care conversations, as well as engaging communities with programs, such as We Honor Veterans, The Conversation Project, trauma-informed care, community bereavement programs, and much more!
