Source: Alliance for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action. Published: 8/23/2019. The aim of this 12-page guide is to encourage a structured approach to developing standard operating procedures for child protection case management in humanitarian settings. It is designed for use in humanitarian settings, including protracted crises, although it could be adapted to development settings as well. It encourages a structured approach to developing these procedures so that they are sufficiently comprehensive; contextualized; up-to-date; user-friendly; and well coordinated. (Text)
