In recognition of National Family Caregivers Month and Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, join NCOA’s National Chronic Disease Self-Management Education Resource Center and the National Coalition on Mental Health and Aging for a webinar focused on dementia-related services and supports.

Stephanie Hughes, M.P.P., Public Health Researcher at RTI International, will highlight the types of dementia-related programs that are available and the approaches that have been successful. Discussion will include a spotlight on the importance of building partnerships between health care professionals and family caregivers as well as the role of psychosocial interventions where indicated.
