CMS invites you to share your perspectives in a listening session on “Modernizing and Clarifying the Physician Self-Referral Regulations Proposed Rule (CMS-1720-P),” which can be found here: http://bit.ly/ProposedRuleCMS-1720-P

CMS will hold three listening sessions. At each session, CMS staff will open the call and then listen to insights and feedback on the proposed rule provided by the audience on the phone. Please note: The purpose of these listening sessions is for CMS to hear what you have to say about the proposals, so the sessions will not include a question and answer period. The audience remarks on the call are not considered formal comments; please see the proposed rule (http://bit.ly/ProposedRuleCMS-1720-P) for information on submitting comments by the close of the comment period on December 31, 2019.
