• Hospital-based inpatient psychiatric services: the percentage of patients admitted to a hospital-based inpatient psychiatric setting who are screened within the first three days of admission for all of the following: risk of violence to self or others, substance use, psychological trauma history and patient strengths. This updates a previously published measure summary.

• Hospital-based inpatient psychiatric services: the percentage of patients discharged from a hospital-based inpatient psychiatric setting on two or more antipsychotic medications with appropriate justification. This updates a previously published measure summary.

• Hospital-based inpatient psychiatric services: the percentage of patients discharged from a hospital-based inpatient psychiatric setting on two or more antipsychotic medications. This updates a previously published measure summary.

• Hospital-based inpatient psychiatric services: the percentage of patients discharged from a hospital-based inpatient psychiatric setting with a continuing care plan created. This updates a previously published measure summary.

• Hospital-based inpatient psychiatric services: the percentage of patients discharged from a hospital-based inpatient psychiatric setting with a continuing care plan provided to the next level of care clinician or entity. This updates a previously published measure summary.

• Hospital-based inpatient psychiatric services: the total number of hours that all patients admitted to a hospital-based inpatient psychiatric setting were held in seclusion. This updates a previously published measure summary.
