Draft Affordable Care Act Federal Upper Limits

The draft Affordable Care Act Federal upper limits (FUL) calculated in accordance with the Medicaid Covered Outpatient Drug final rule with comment (CMS-2345-FC) have been updated.  Also, the Methodology and Data Elements Guide has been revised to reflect changes in the February draft FUL file.  The February draft file and the Methodology and Data Elements Guide are now available on the Medicaid.gov website at the https://www.medicaid.gov/medicaid-chip-program-information/by-topics/benefits/prescription-drugs/federal-upper-limits.html.
