2018 CAHPS Health Plan Survey Database Submission Now Open

CAHPS^® Health Plan Survey Database Submission Now Open

CAHPS 5.0/5.0H Health Plan Survey users who administered the survey between October 2017 and June 2018 may now submit their data to the CAHPS Database between June 4 and June 22.

Data collected from surveys administered between October 2017 and June 2018 will be accepted for the following survey versions:

• Adult Medicaid
• Child Medicaid or Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) without the Children with Chronic Conditions Item Set
• Child Medicaid or CHIP with the Children with Chronic Conditions Item Set

All required items must be submitted no later than June 22.
