REGISTER: Foster Care Webinar Faith-based and community organizations are stepping in to help address the rapidly growing number of infants, children, and teens coming into the child welfare system as a result of the opioid crisis. From training foster parents to care for the infant born every 15 minutes with NAS symptoms to caring for children suffering from abuse and/or neglect, these public-private partnerships are essential in providing critical care for these unintended victims of the crisis.
