AHRQ Hiring Physician Informaticist for the Division of Health Information Technology

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality's Center for Evidence and Practice Improvement (CEPI) has an exciting opportunity to join the Agency as a Physician Informaticist within the Division of Health Information Technology. 
The Physician Informaticist will provide clinical perspective to the research and program development activities of the division. S/he will serve as a program/project officer for extramural grants and contracts and will represent the Agency at professional meetings and conferences, as well as special task force and work groups as needed. Candidates should have expertise in clinical informatics research and experience in the planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of research projects/studies. Applicants must have a Doctorate of Medicine or Doctorate of Osteopathy (M.D. or D.O) from an accredited medical college or university, and board certification in Clinical Informatics is preferred.
