Moral distress in intensive care unit personnel is not consistently associated with adverse medication events and other adverse events

No consistent relationships between medication errors or adverse events, or other adverse safety events were identified; however, results of this analysis suggest that moral distress may be associated with both hyper-vigilance and distraction.
