The National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) is recruiting for the Director, Division of Biophysics, Biomedical Technology, and Computational Biosciences.  This is an executive position with responsibility for scientific leadership and programmatic management of the Division, which supports research activities in Biophysics, Biomedical Technology, Computational Biosciences and NIGMS’ Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) program with an annual funding budget in excess of $530 million.  NIGMS is conducting a nation-wide search and encouraging individuals with the leadership and scientific qualifications appropriate for this position from academia, industry, government, and other organizations to apply.  The Search Committee greatly appreciates your help in sharing the announcement with people whom you feel are compelling candidates for this position.
