- Budget update: The U.S. federal government, including Fogarty and all of the NIH, is funded through Sept. 2020. Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 (H.R.1865) was passed by Congress and signed by President Trump on Dec. 20, 2019. - OMB Approval for Grant Application and Related Forms Underway Continue to Use Current Forms (FORMS-E) through May 24, 2020 (NOT-OD-20-047)
For due dates on or before May 24, 2020, applicants must continue to use the application form packages and instructions (FORMS-E) posted with our funding opportunity announcements despite the expiration dates noted on each form. These forms are extended for use through March 2020.

To support Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America, NIH is seeking additional information about HIV interventions developed in LMICs that could or should be transferred to the U.S. specifically to address the HIV high burden areas.
