CMS Needs Your Input: Introduction of the IMPACT Act

Patients, families, caregivers, advocacy groups, and other interested parties are invited to join a conference call Special Open Door Forum (SODF) hosted by The Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ). The forum will allow participants to ask questions, gather information, and provide feedback on the introduction of the Improving Medicare Post-Acute Care Transformation Act (commonly called the IMPACT Act) and discuss standardizing the assessment of patients across post-acute care settings to improve quality of care and life. This SODF will provide important consumer information as well as background on the IMPACT Act and the IMPACT Act website. The SODF will be via conference call on Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 2:00-3:00 pm EST. Questions from participants are welcome both before and during the forum.
