Now Available for Review and Comment: Common Formats for Surveillance–Hospital Version 0.2 Beta

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has released for public comment Common Formats for Surveillance – Hospital Version 0.2 Beta which includes modules entitled, Generic Adverse Event Information, Blood or Blood Product, Birth-Maternal, Birth-Neonatal, Device or Medical/Surgical Supply including Health Information Technology (HIT), Fall, Medication, Pressure Ulcer/Pressure Injury, Surgery or Anesthesia, Venous Thromboembolism, Hospital Associated Infection- Catheter Associated Urinary Tract Infection (CAUTI), Hospital Associated Infection- Central Line Associated Blood Stream Infection (CLABSI), Hospital Associated Infection-Acute Hospital Acquired Pneumonia (HAP), Hospital Associated Infection- Clostridium Difficile Infection (CDI), Hospital Associated Infection- Surgical Site Infection (SSI), Hospital Associated Infection- Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) and Other Outcomes of Interest (OOI). This version replaces Common Formats for Surveillance – Hospital Version 0.1 Beta.
