Problems in the work environment can diminish clinicians' ability to deliver safe care. This event, hosted by a patient safety organization, will explore the burnout phenomenon as a result of poor organizational culture. Speakers will describe approaches to address factors that contribute to clinician burnout, lack of engagement, and emotional and physical exhaustion. The second day of the event is open only to members of the patient safety organization.
