• Clarify health insurance terms for consumer audiences;

From Coverage to Care is an initiative of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Office of Minority Health (CMS OMH).  This presentation will also provide an overview of C2C and detail ways for partners to get involved. The webinar will include a question and answer portion for attendees to gain further insight and hear from each other!
