The Michigan Keystone ICU project is well-known for dramatically reducing hospital-acquired infections with the successful implementation of a checklist. This annual conference will explore topics such as the role of leadership, patient engagement, transparency, and high reliability in enhancing patient safety. The session will also highlight local exemplars and discuss their improvement initiatives.
