Webinar: Finding Local Limb Loss Support Resources

Join us for a webinar involving two ACL-funded initiatives. The Amputee Coalition is dedicated to providing services and supports to people living with limb loss and or limb differences. Centers for Independent Living (CILs) are cross disability organizations that provide an array of services to all people with disabilities. CILs exist in over 300 communities and in every state and territory.
On Wednesday, August 10, 1:00-2:00 pm EST learn more about the two networks and how they are working together to serve more people living with disabilities across the lifespan.
The webinar will feature:
Guest Speaker Ann Ford, Executive Director of the Illinois Network of Centers for Independent Living will provide an overview of the types of resources that are available from a local and national perspective.
Ann Ford has been Executive Director of the Illinois Network of Centers for Independent Living since 1999. Prior to that she was Executive Director of the DuPage Center for Independent Living for nine years and the Central Illinois Center for Independent Living for three years.
