Now Available: “CAHPS® Moving Forward: Innovations in Tools and Research” Webcast Presentation “CAHPS® Moving Forward: Innovations in Tools and Research,” an Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) Webcast, is now available on the CAHPS Web site. Survey users and researchers were given an opportunity to learn about the latest CAHPS Consortium tools and research findings. Speakers provided a comprehensive overview of how the CAHPS program works and presented highlights of recent accomplishments. They also discussed how the CAHPS program is advancing the science of patient experience assessment and reviewed research findings on the value of CAHPS data for health care providers and consumers.
