Diagnostic accuracy of pediatric teledermatology using parent-submitted photographs: a randomized clinical trial.
Teledermatology can reduce time to treatment and improve access to specialists. Teledermatology had high diagnostic accuracy and there was no significant difference when parents were given photography instructions. A previous PSNet interview discussed telemedicine and patient safety.
