Disasters and emergencies can happen anywhere at any time. The SAMHSA Disaster Technical Assistance Center (DTAC) supports SAMHSA's efforts to prepare states, territories, tribes, and local entities to deliver an effective mental health and substance use response to disasters.
We invite you to participate in our web-based survey to reflect on your experiences with SAMHSA DTAC. We are contacting you because you have either requested technical assistance from SAMHSA DTAC in the past or you are subscribed to the SAMHSA DTAC Bulletin or The Dialogue. This survey takes an average of 15 minutes to complete.
