New Technology-Related Funding Opportunity
Our Center has joined other National Institutes of Health agencies and the National Science Foundation in “Smart and Connected Health”—a multidisciplinary funding opportunity to support next-generation health and medical research. Scientists and engineers from all disciplines are welcome to apply.
We’re seeking grant applications related to research that advances technologies, analytics, and models of complementary and integrative health approaches (either mind and body practices or natural products) for:
- Pain management
- Improving sleep and reducing sleep disturbances
- Reducing symptomatic conditions, such as those associated with menopause and chronic fatigue syndrome
- Improving management of mental health conditions commonly managed in primary care such as mild to moderate depression or anxiety
- Adopting and sustaining healthy behaviors such as healthy eating, smoking cessation, and physical activity
- Promoting emotional well-being.
