This six-page report on cases of chikungunya virus disease is based on data for 2018 retrieved from The European Surveillance System (TESSy) on September 10, 2019. For 2018, 14 countries in the European Union/European Economic Area reported 160 cases of chikungunya virus disease, of which 113 (71 percent) were confirmed. All cases were travel-related. (PDF)
