AHRQ is hiring two Physicians to join its Division of Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs) within the Center for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety. Each Physician will provide clinical expertise for a full range of research and implementation activities that support AHRQ’s work related to preventing HAIs, such as combating antibiotic resistant bacteria (CARB), including antibiotic stewardship. The position will also serve as a project officer on research grants and implementation contracts for HAIs, CARB, and other areas of health services research.
