Now Available: AHRQ Webcast Replay of “Introducing the New SOPS Hospital Survey Version 2.0”

This webcast from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) introduced the SOPS Hospital Survey Version 2.0. AHRQ developed and pilot tested the new version of the Surveys on Patient Safety Culture™ (SOPS™) to update the original hospital survey and incorporate user feedback. Webcast speakers discussed what’s different and what to expect when transitioning to Version 2.0.
