With the opening of the Health Insurance Marketplace hours away, HRSA Administrator Mary K. Wakefield, PhD, RN joined Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson, health officials and representatives from several local health organizations at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame with a call to action:
If you’re without health coverage, or if you enrolled through the Marketplace last year, visit Healthcare.gov starting this Saturday, November 15 to choose a plan that best suits your budget and health needs.
“For so many Americans, their health status is tied to whether they have, or don’t have, health insurance,” said Administrator Wakefield. Plus, people will find the application process to be "simpler than the last time, to be faster than the last time, and to be more user-friendly than the last time," she said.
