Now Available: Webcast Presentation of “Introducing the New CAHPS Clinician & Group Survey 3.0”
The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality's (AHRQ’s) recording of the “Introducing the New CAHPS Clinician & Group Survey 3.0” Webcast is now available. In this September 17 Webcast, members of the CAHPS Consortium discussed the rationale for updating the survey, reviewed the changes, presented findings from a comparison of the 6-month and 12-month reference periods, and suggested directions for future research.
