Implementing the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Rule – FAQs
In February, ACL published a final rule for the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Programs. The Rule will take effect July 1, 2016. To help State Agencies on Aging, states’ Long-Term Care Ombudsman Programs, and other entities that work with Ombudsman programs as they implement the rule, we have compiled the a list of frequently asked questions and answers.
