Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will host a Special Open Door Forum to discuss the upcoming Dry Run for LTCH Provider Performance Reports on All-Cause Unplanned Readmissions for 30-Day Post Discharge from Long-Term Care Hospitals (LTCHs).

The purposes of this Special Open Door Forum are:

•  to provide details on the All-Cause Unplanned Readmission Measure for 30 Days Post Discharge from Long-Term Care Hospitals (LTCHs)
•  to provide an overview of upcoming dry run activities, including timeline and content of facility dry run reports that will be disseminated to LTCHs during October 22nd-November 23rd
