KOHBRA BRCA risk calculator (KOHCal) 

• KOHCal has been developed to evaluate the probability of carrying a BRCA mutation in breast cancer patients with risk of hereditary breast and ovarian cancer syndromes. This is based on the largest database of mutational analysis of BRCA1/2, which was collected prospectively and multi-institutionally in Korea. It will help select more suitable candidates for BRCA mutation testing.
