Staff Scientists

The Laboratory of Systems Biology (LSB) conducts a world-class program in intravital imaging of the immune system using 2-photon microscopy and develops advanced, highly multiplex methods for static tissue analysis.

LSB seeks a staff scientist with expertise in optical imaging—specifically instrumentation, software development with application to imaging datasets, probe development, and the technical issues involved in live-animal and highly multiplex fluorescent imaging.

LSB also seeks individuals in the broad area of computational analysis of diverse data sets from high-throughput assays such as micorarrays, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, RNAi screens, mass spectrometry/proteomics, high-content imaging, and SNP genotyping for positions as staff scientists (core).
