The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) will host an office hours session on December 19, 2019 to describe the Primary Care First Model Options, Direct Contracting Model Options, and Kidney Care Choices Model.

During this event, each model team will discuss areas such as model aim, timeline, participant eligibility, and more. Attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions during a live Q&A portion.
