Register now for an AHRQ webcast that highlights an event reporting initiative from the University of North Carolina Medical Center (UNCMC) that led to improvement in staff perceptions of their organization’s culture of patient safety. Speakers will discuss how implementation of a new event reporting system in UNC’s outpatient Radiation Oncology Department led to improvement on the Surveys on Patient Safety Culture™ (SOPS™) Medical Office Survey. Building on this initial success, UNCMC embarked on a journey to improve the event reporting system and SOPS throughout the Medical Center.
