Join us in April to learn how health care organizations are using the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) surveys and the AHRQ Surveys on Patient Safety Culture (SOPS) to assess and improve patient experience and patient safety.
This meeting is scheduled for April 19-21, 2010, at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore on the Inner Harbor.
