Evolution of Anticoagulants and the Effects on Patient Safety.

Anticoagulation therapy places patients at high risk of harm if incorrectly administered. This webinar will discuss recent changes in anticoagulation safety, including hazards associated with its use, common errors that contribute to failures, and practical modifications to anticoagulant use that could improve the safety of this medication delivery.
