Webcast on the CAHPS Child Hospital Survey – Now Available for Viewing

The recording of a recent Webcast from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is now available for viewing. The Webcast introduced the new CAHPS Child Hospital Survey (Child HCAHPS), which assesses the experiences of pediatric patients and their parents or guardians with inpatient care. An overview of this new survey was provided during the Webcast, including its development by the AHRQ-Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Children’s Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act (CHIPRA) Center of Excellence for Pediatric Quality Measurement at Boston Children’s Hospital and the experiences of two hospitalsthat field-tested the survey.
