This Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) Webcast will give survey users and researchers an opportunity to learn about the latest CAHPS Consortium tools and research findings. Speakers will provide a comprehensive overview of how the CAHPS program works and present highlights of recent accomplishments. They will discuss how the CAHPS program is advancing the science of patient experience assessment and review research findings on the value of CAHPS data for health care providers and consumers.
