Abstracts are being accepted for the 11th International Diagnostic Error in Medicine Conference scheduled Nov. 4 to 6 in New Orleans. The deadline for abstract submission is June 29. The conference, which highlights data, research and tools for improving diagnosis, will focus this year on trends and quality improvement activities that are driving innovation in diagnostic safety.
