CAHPS Clinician & Group Survey Database Submission: May 29 – June 8
CAHPS Clinician & Group Survey users who administered the survey in 2017 are invited to submit their data for inclusion in the CAHPS Database between May 29 and June 8. Submitters are encouraged to download and complete the Data Use Agreement (DUA) prior to the opening of the submission system. The CAHPS Clinician & Group (CG-CAHPS) survey versions eligible for submission are:
- Adult Survey 3.0
- Child Survey 3.0
- Adult Survey 3.0 with Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Items
- Child Survey 3.0 with PCMH Items
All required items must be submitted no later than June 8.
