Professor Debra Nestel & Dr. Hani Lababidi
Professor Debra Nestel is Editor in Chief of Advances in Simulation and Professor of Simulation Education in Health Care at Monash University, and Professor of Surgical Education, University of Melbourne, Australia. For over 25 years she has used simulation as an educational method in the context of health care. Professor Nestel has a particular interest in human-based simulations and is experienced in research and development of several simulation modalities.
Dr. Lababidi is a Senior Consultant in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at King Fahad Medical City (KFMC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Lababidi has 10-year experience in healthcare simulation and is currently the Director of the Center for Research, Education & Simulation Enhanced Training (CRESENT) at KFMC. His research interests include: asthma, end of life care, MDR infections in ICU, and simulation skills acquisition and maintenance
