This call invites hospitals in the United States to apply to participate in the second iteration of the Hospital Engagement Networks, the collaborative element of the Partnership for Patients initiative. The announcement asks for projects and efforts addressing improvement in a core set of safety issues to reduce preventablepatient harm. The deadline for submitting an application is March 30, 2015.
