The Second Victim Experience: Train-the-Trainer Workshop.

Being involved in an adverse event can cause profound emotional and psychological distress for clinicians. This workshop will explore experiences from a health system that developed a second victim support program and discuss important elements of organizational and peer interventions to help these clinicians heal.
