ISMP survey on tall man lettering to reduce drug name confusion.

Look-alike drug name confusion can contribute to medication error, and various strategies exist to address this problem. This survey seeks suggestions from clinicians regarding products that should utilize tall man lettering to clarify medication names on pre-printed documentation and labels. The deadline to submit data to inform the update of the current list of medications for tall man letter use is April 15, 2016.
