CMS Issues New Guidance to States and Manufacturers

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has issued State Release #181 and Manufacturer Release #105 addressing certain operational issues specific to the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program and State Release #182 providing guidance on Medicaid coverage of drugs and services provided to blood disorder patients. These releases are now available for download at https://www.medicaid.gov/medicaid/prescription-drugs/program-releases/index.html.
