Creating a Culture of Safety and Quality Through Antibiotic Stewardship: A Practical Workshop.

Antibiotic stewardship initiatives are an organizational strategy to improve the effectiveness and safety of antibiotic use. This workshop will provide acute care setting leaders with strategies to establish an antibiotic stewardship program and focus on topics such as common barriers to implementation and use of data to improve patient outcomes.
