Just Culture Certification Course.

Outcome Engenuity. January 13–15, 2015; South Carolina Hospital Association, Columbia, SC.

There is growing support for establishing a just culture that balances systems-based thinking with personal accountability in health care organizations. This course will introduce just culture principles and cover a five-element model for sociotechnical process enhancements to address human factors that increase risks.
