Care Coordination Measures for Children With with Medical Complexity—Webinar Recording Now Available

This 90-minute Webinar held on May 12, 2015, discusses a new set of measures of care coordination for children with medical complexity, embodied in the Family Experience with Coordination of Care Survey. The Webinar features a presentation by Rita Mangione-Smith, MD, of the Center of Excellence for Children with Complex Needs (COE4CCN) at the Seattle Children’s Research Institute, who developed the measure set under a Children’s Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act (CHIPRA) Pediatric Quality Measurement Program award from AHRQ and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The Webinar also includes presentations from two users of the measures, as well as questions and answers with the audience.
