The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services is offering a set of Medicaid fact sheets that help consumers understand the basics of who is eligible, program benefits,and how to enroll. 
You can find the full set of fact sheets, along with instructions on how to customize them with local phone numbers, logos and other information.
