A forum for discussing the science of dissemination and implementation, the 8th Annual Conference aims to grow the research base by bridging the gap between evidence, practice, and policy in health and medicine.
The theme, Optimizing Personal and Population Health, reflects the opportunities and challenges of integrating evidence-based practice and service delivery to improve both healthcare delivery and population health in the US and globally. This year’s agenda will feature keynote, plenary and breakout sessions complemented by peer-reviewed abstracts.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE WORKSHOP
The technical assistance workshop will be held on Wednesday, December 16 at the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC. Submit your application by Saturday, November 7.
