2016 CAHPS® Clinician and Group Survey Database Submission Now Open

CAHPS^® Clinician and Group Survey Database Submission Now Open

CAHPS 2.0 and 3.0 Clinician & Group Survey users who administered the surveys in 2015 can now submit their data to the CAHPS Database through April 8.

Data collected from surveys administered January 2015 – February 2016 will be accepted for:

            2.0 Survey Instrument (12- or 6-Month Version)

• Adult Survey 2.0
• Adult Survey with PCMH items 2.0
• Child Survey 2.0
• Child Survey with PCMH items 2.0
• Adult Visit Survey 2.0

            3.0 Survey Instrument

• Adult Survey 3.0
• Child Survey 3.0

The 2016 submission requirements, Data File Layout Specifications, and Data Use Agreement (DUA) are available athttps://www.cahpsdatabase.ahrq.gov/CGDSS/login.aspx. All required items must be submitted no later than April 8.

The portal for submitting the DUA and Participants list is now open at https://cahpsdatabase.ahrq.gov/CGDSS/uploadDUA.aspx.
